Terms of Service

Welcome to Wayfinder Coaching, operated by Wayfinder Collective LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our coaching services, programs, courses, software platform, AI connectors, and payment platform (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services Description

Wayfinder Coaching provides:

• Coaching and mentorship programs
• Educational courses and training materials
• Live events and workshops
• Digital content and resources
• Payment processing for program enrollment

Connected AI Services

Wayfinder may let you connect an independent AI service such as ChatGPT, Codex, or Claude. You choose whether to connect that service and authorize it to request data or actions using your current Wayfinder organization, role, and permissions. The AI provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of its service.

• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated summaries, recommendations, and proposed actions for accuracy.
• You must not use a connector to bypass Wayfinder permissions, legal requirements, or another person's privacy.
• Consequential operations may require confirmation, but you remain responsible for actions you authorize.
• You can stop future connector access by removing Wayfinder from the AI service's connected-app settings.
• Some providers or directory listings may limit available operations, including financial transactions.

YouTube API Services

If you connect or use the Wayfinder YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing & Billing

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is arranged
• Payment plans are binding agreements; all scheduled payments are due as agreed
• We reserve the right to modify pricing for future purchases

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. Continued payment failures may result in suspension of access to Services until the account is brought current.

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific program or service purchased:

• Coaching Programs: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment
• Coaching Digital Products: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• Software Applications (Wayfinder OS, Wayfinder Aura, and other software products): Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@wayfindercollective.io
• Live Events (other than bootcamps): Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event date
• Bootcamps: See Bootcamps below
• Payment Plans: Early cancellation does not release you from remaining payment obligations

Bootcamps

Your signed bootcamp agreement has the full terms. If anything here differs, the agreement applies.

• Deposit: Counts toward tuition and is non-refundable, except under Refunds below.
• Seats: Pay in full at least 30 days before Day 1, or your seat may go to the waitlist. Instalments are charged to your card on file.
• Changing dates: One free transfer to a future bootcamp with at least 45 days' notice before Day 1.
• Refunds: On any day you're not satisfied, tell Jeff in person and email support@wayfindercollective.io by 11:59 p.m. local time that day, so we can fix it at the event. If the bootcamp still materially fails to match what was represented, you get a full refund, including the deposit, within 10 business days. No refunds after the bootcamp without those same-day notices.
• If we change the event: Your place moves to the new dates or a comparable bootcamp.
• Governing law: Bootcamp agreements are governed by Texas law, with arbitration in Travis County, Texas.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our Services are owned byWayfinder Coaching or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Share login credentials or access with others
• Record, screenshot, or capture content for redistribution
• Use our content for commercial purposes without a license

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services in a respectful and lawful manner. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment or abuse of coaches, staff, or other participants
• Sharing confidential information from coaching sessions
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
• Attempting to circumvent payment or access controls
• Any illegal or fraudulent activity

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide high-quality coaching and content, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Success depends on many factors including your effort, circumstances, and application of the material.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayfinder Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by law.
