Build Something
That Matters
Join a team that's transforming lives through coaching, and building the technology to scale it.
What is Wayfinder Collective?
Wayfinder Collective is a software company in Austin, Texas. We build Wayfinder OS, business software for established coaching companies, and Wayfinder Aura, local-first voice dictation, and we run Wayfinder Coaching, a done-for-you growth operations service for coaches.
We built Wayfinder OS because we spent years running a coaching company and nothing off the shelf did what we needed: sales, payments, scheduling, CRM, commissions and reporting in one system.
We're a small team. Work is straightforward and direct. What you build gets used, and you'll see the impact quickly.
Why Join Us
Real Impact
What you build here gets used by real coaches, with real clients, every day. You're not shipping features into a void. You'll see what breaks, what works, and why it matters firsthand.
Ground Floor
The people who join now will shape how this thing gets built: the culture, the product, the process. You won't be inheriting someone else's system. You'll be building it.
Fast Moving
No red tape, no approval chains. We make decisions and we move. If you need structure handed to you, this isn't the right fit. But if you thrive with autonomy, you'll have plenty of it.
