What is Wayfinder Collective?
Wayfinder Collective is a coaching business built around one idea: that most people are operating well below what they're actually capable of. Through programs in personal development, fitness, mindset, and business, we work with clients who are serious about closing that gap. No hype, just real mentorship and accountability.
To scale the way we want to scale, we built our own software: Wayfinder OS. It's the business operating system our coaches run on: sales, payments, scheduling, CRM, commissions, analytics. We built it because nothing off the shelf did what we needed, so we decided to build the perfect version that didn't exist yet.
We're a small team. Work is straightforward and direct. What you build gets used, and you'll see the impact quickly.
